The opening of the bank account for companies is a banking procedure where the bank makes a study of the client's request to know the client's activity, who is the final beneficiary of the business and where the economic transactions come and go.

It is a process that can take between one and three months depending on each case, where the bank will request a series of documentation and information from the company and its investors to analyse the request. Once the procedure is complete, the bank approves the opening and assigns some bank details and delivers the details of online banking, the check book and the credit/debit card.
