I am Aswathy Sivan, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduate with over 10 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Services, including 2 years of experience in India and more than 8 years in the United Arab Emirates. Over the years, I have built strong expertise in accounting operations, financial management, and business administration, working with clients across various industries in the UAE. My experience includes handling end-to-end accounting processes, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth financial operations for businesses.
In addition to accounting, I have extensive experience in UAE corporate services, including Mainland and Free Zone company formation, trade license applications and renewals, company amendments, and deregistration processes. I also handle visa services such as new visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. Alongside this, I support clients with VAT registration and filing, corporate tax registration and compliance, as well as business and personal bank account opening assistance. I am also experienced in coordinating with government authorities, free zones, and banking institutions to ensure smooth processing of all corporate requirements.

Con experiencia como Ejecutivo de Auditoría y Consultor Legal en Dubai desde hace más de 3 años.
En contacto con la Autoridad Fiscal Federal de los EAU, el Ministerio de Economía, el Ministerio de Finanzas, el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y Cooperación Internacional, en nombre de los Clientes; para cuestiones de cumplimiento, informes regulatorios y servicios de apoyo de asesoría legal.
SARANYA MOL R
SARANYA MOL R cuenta con la Maestría en Finanzas (M.Com) de la Universidad MG obtenida en el 2017.
Ha trabajado durnate dos años como asistente de contabilidad en la India y cinco años en diversos campos de la contabilidad, los impuestos y la gestión financiera adquiridos durante su estancia en Emiratos Árabes Unidos, además de contar con una gran experiencia por estrecha colaboración con la Autoridad Fiscal Federal (FTA).
Actualmente, Saranya es un miembro clave del equipo de RTD, especializándose en el asesoramiento fiscal y contable a empresas establecidas en los Emiratos.
Sanjana
Finance professional with over 8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance across UAE and Spain-based operations. Currently specializing in end-to-end business support services including company formation, financial analysis, VAT and Corporate Tax filing, payroll processing, bookkeeping, bank account opening assistance, and visa processing for clients. Strong expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, financial reconciliation, and cost optimization, with hands-on experience in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, and Zoho.
